We want every homeowner who contacts Coolfake Septic to get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
You can contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. Say a job on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing went badly. The usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Still, we want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please know that Coolfake Septic cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund money for a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If you do not like our answer, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also help.
